Harry Winston x Urwerk = The Opus 5.
Satellite retrograde goodness
Satellite time…
Urwerk UR-202 “White Shark”

One of these costs 340,000 Swiss Francs and can measure time from a second to a millenium, and isn’t made in China. Which one is it?
The story of the incredible Urwerk Zeit Device, in video, today on HODINKEE.
For real tho’ it has 100 year and 1000 year indicators on the back, kinda like the milage counter in your car. You’ll be lucky to see it hit 3 digits, but I think if 340,000CHF isn’t a problem for you then surely you can buy immortality for somewhere north of a mill
An awesome machine
Urwerk UR-1001 Zeit Device pocket watch
It’s a serious piece of machinery…6 figure serious..!
Urwerk
Yum in that black & red colour scheme
2x MB&F, Ladiore, Urwerk, Louis Moinet and vintage Cristal. This would be the table centres at my wedding if I was a Russian Oligarch!
The Torpedo.
Urwerk UR-110. The pic by Peter Chong shows how complex the make up of this watch is and should give you some idea of how hard it will be to tell the time at a glance once you’ve parted with $100k for one :)
The modern man’s pocketwatch, as imagined and created by Urwerk. That familiar sattelite time display is there for all to see, as well as some other neat complications including retrograde minutes, day/night indicator, power reserve indicator, revolving satellite calendar displaying months plus date, Oil Change indicator (or service indicator if you prefer!), 100-year indicator and 1000-year indicator. Space age for sure, and an astronomical $500k price tag to match, obviously!

Looks like something from the Jetsons…and you could probably buy a flying car for similar money. Mechanical x Digital - Urwerk UR-CC1 piece unique in Platinum
Piece Unique - Urwerk UR-CC1 in Platinum. For true connoisseurs only
Real grown man business. Harry Winston Opus 5 (or Opus V if you prefer) in Platinum. Limited to 45 pieces (this is number 001). Developed in conjunction with Felix Baumgartner from Urwerk, the watch uses the now familiar satellite hour numeral display but also combines it with a retrograde minute indicator. As a bonus there is a ‘service indicator’ on the back of the watch which shows when it’s time to spend another small fortune sending it back to Mr Winston for a tune up. Crazy complicated and a perfect fit for the frankly mind blowing Opus line from HW. Yours for somewhere around $250-$300k
