Can’t really call yourself a baws unless you have a tourbillon paperweight on your hand carved office desk.
Expect to pay somewhere around $160,000 for the title of best workplace accessory ever from Vianney Halter.
Multi Axis Tourbillon x Power Reserve indicator x Equation of Time display = Zenith Christophe Columbe

£160k worth of Jaeger LeCoultre Gyrotourbillon. Perpetual Calendar, retrograde date and the most attractive tourbillon cage I’ve ever seen. I personally prefer the Gyrotourbillon 2 in the Reverso case, but wouldn’t turn this down given the chance!
Inside the $1.3m Patek Philippe Sky Moon tourbillon :o
Tourbillon and ‘bike style’ fusee and chain power transfer from mainspring to power the watch…I’m hooked! Having seen the rear of the watch I just wish it was as impressive as the dial side. The calibre 569 hand wound movement is finished in an anthracite coating and then sandblasted for a matte finish, but there really isn’t much that stands out to me in the way of decoration that you’d expect to find from Breguet at this price, though maybe I’m missing the point :/
Modern styling by Breguet takes a bit of getting used to (titanium and silicion are 2 of the materials used in this piece), and with a 6 figure list price you’d better be sure you love it.

Glashutte Original Grande Cosmopolite Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar
(wait let me catch my breath)
It’s very unusual to see a tourbillon and perpetual calendar complication in one watch, but a world first to see in in conjunction with a worldtime function that allows the owner to “track the time of day or night at home and on the road simultaneously, in any two of 37 world time zones, while accounting correctly for Daylight Saving (DST) or Standard Time (STD) and for travel forward in time (to the East) or back in time (to the West). All destination time and date changes made by the wearer are displayed by a Perpetual Calendar geared to register changes in both directions, forwards and backwards in time.”
(catches breath again)
Limited to 25 pieces, and presented in that coffee table sized box…
At 48mm it’s pretty big for a dress watch, but seriously come on, how badly do you want one!?
