Harry Winston x Vianney Halter = The Opus 3. If you’re looking at the watch wondering how the hell it works, the time is displayed as such:
2 digit hours: top left and top right
2 digit minutes: bottom left and bottom right
2 digit date: Top centre and bottom centre
(The time in the pic is 08:32am on the 24th of the month)
Also, before a change of hour or minute, the upper date window displays a countdown of the final four seconds of the minute (56, 57, 58 & 59).
Kinda confusing, but a watch like this is more about the art of mechanics rather than telling the actual time!

I would liken it to something, but I can’t think of anything it even looks like!!
Triple tourbillon (one on top of the other in the large outer cage - rotating at different speeds - and a single one in the smaller tourby cage), rotating discs showing the hours and minutes and power reserve indicator in the bottom right corner.
A fully mechanical watch that is capable of playing a casino rules game of Blackjack, as well as Roulette and dice on the sides.
